Delmy Rosales came to Lawrence MA from El Salvador 4 years ago, with over 20 years of banking experience and a degree in human resources administration from Universidad Tecnologica de El Salvador. Through numerous volunteer experiences in Lawrence she came to Lawrence CommunityWorks where she have been demonstrate a passion and commitment to empowering The Greater Lawrence community. She became an LCWvolunteer being a Budget campaign member. Then, she graduated of the Poder Leadership Institute class of 2006 , next was a fellow of Membership Dpt. She was enrolle In the Memberlink team as a Guide, a temporary Memberlink program Coordinator. At the present she continues using her leadership skills in YES WE WILL campaign involving Lawrence residents to a high Civic Participation and currently she is Intern of the Network Organizing Forum Department on the NOF INTERNSHIP Program.
Delmy lives with her husband, 2 wonderful sons, a daughter in law and a beautiful grandson, with her on the picture.
